These add-on services can be added to the cart and purchased as upgrades along with the as-built floor plan service.
Scan-to-BIM Upgrade:
Turn your as-built scan into a working 3-D Autodesk Revit model (LOD 200). We model the essential building elements — walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows — so you can jump straight into design, coordination, or facility management without redrawing from scratch.
Delivery will include the 3D model (Revit File) as well as four exterior elevations of the home (PDF File: front, back, and 2 side elevations).
What is Scan-to-BIM?
Scan-to-BIM converts 3D scan data into intelligent Revit models. It’s useful for facility management, design planning, and construction coordination.
What is LOD in Scan-to-BIM?
LOD refers to the Level of Development of a BIM model—how detailed and reliable the model elements are. We offer Scan-to-BIM services from basic massing (LOD 100) to highly detailed architectural models (up to LOD 400), depending on your project needs. This ensures the model is fit for purpose—whether for space planning, design, or construction coordination.
Exterior Elevations Upgrade
Exterior Elevations Upgrade: Extend your as-built package with drafted façade drawings of the front, sides, and rear of the home. Elevations are generated directly from LiDAR scan data, giving you accurate wall heights, window and door placements, and roof lines — ideal for remodel planning, design studies, or permitting.
