We scan on site with our SLAM LiDAR system and deliver clean, architect grade DWG & PDF drawings—ready for design, permitting, or resale disclosures.
With this package you will receive a drawing set including floor plans for each level and elevations drawing views depicting 4 views of the exterior (front, back, and 2 sides).
On-site SLAM LiDAR scan (1–3 hours typical)
A set of scaled drawing plans showing:
Floor plans for all levels (basement, main, upper, finished attic)
Exterior 2-D elevations of the the building from 4 sides.
Plans and elevations will depict doors, windows, walls, stairs, and plumbing fixtures
Plans will show room names, and room square footages
Deliverables: DWG CAD file & PDF Portable Document File drawings
Accuracy target: ±½″ to ¾″ typical*
