What is Scan-to-BIM?
Scan-to-BIM converts 3D scan data into intelligent Revit models. It’s useful for facility management, design planning, and construction coordination.
What is LOD in Scan-to-BIM?
LOD refers to the Level of Detail of a BIM model—how detailed and reliable the model elements are. The Services on this page are LOD 200 level. LOD 200 indicates a model where building elements are captured with approximate size, shape, and location, but remain generic rather than precise. At this level, components provide a reliable overall picture of the structure for reference, space planning, or analysis, without detailing exact materials, assemblies, or construction methods.
