In addition to CAD plans (AutoCAD and PDF), a 3-D model will be delivered in Autodesk Revit. The level of detail (LOD) is to the 200 level.
LOD 200 (Scan-to-BIM): A basic Revit model with generalized system families for walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows. Elements are modeled to approximate size, shape, and location, suitable for space planning, design starts, and coordination—but not detailed fabrication or construction.
This is sold as an add-on service to as-built floor plan drawings. As-build floor plans to CAD must be included in your order when you purchase this add on.
