


Scan-to-BIM (LOD 200 Revit model)
We scan on site with our SLAM LiDAR system and deliver clean, architect grade RVT & PDF drawings—ready for design, permitting, or resale disclosures.
LOD 200 (Scan-to-BIM): A basic Revit 3-D model depicting the homes existing built conditions with generalized system families for walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows. Elements are modeled to approximate size, shape, and location, suitable for space planning, design starts, and coordination.
Along with the model, you will receive a drawing set including floor plans for each level and elevations drawing views depicting 4 views of the exterior (front, back, and 2 sides). These plans are coordinated with the 3D model in the Revit file.
What You Get:

A 3D model of the home in Autodesk Revit format file modeled to LOD 200 level.
A set of scaled drawing plans showing:
Floor plans for all levels (basement, main, upper, finished attic)
Exterior 2-D elevations of the the building from 4 sides.
Plans and elevations will depict doors, windows, walls, stairs, and plumbing fixtures
And will show room names, and room square footages
Deliverables: RVT Revit File & PDF Portable Document File drawings
Accuracy target: ±½″ to ¾″ typical*
